Glen Bergman has a 28 Hurley on the trading post. It sounds like a nice weapon with upgrades including Cutts compensator, Lyman sights, and Savage internals. He also has a 50 round drum. He has this posted for 13k. It has not been that long ago that the 28 Hurleys were bringing 15k. I recall near the top of the market seeing 28 Hurleys for 16k and selling in that range.
I would not call this a "steal" but I certainly think it sounds like a very fair price for a nice Hurley that runs.
